Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Omran Industrial Trading Company announced Mohammed Omran Al Omran as the board’s Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
Nasser Mohammed bin Omran was named as the Vice Chairman, while Abdulrahman Mohammed bin Omran was appointed as the Managing Director.
The three officials were elected for a new board term that commenced on 17 September 2025 and will end on 16 September 2029.
